BIMStorm™ Capitals Alliance: South Africa - September 2008 The National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC), the central planning agency for America’s capital, will host Capitals Alliance 2008: Greening the World’s Capital Cities, in Washington, DC September 15-18, 2008. The conference will assemble planners, designers, architects, and policy-makers from national capitals around the world to explore the role of capital cities in creating a greener planet. This year, Capitals Alliance will focus on a master planning charrette of Tshwane, the capital of South Africa. BIMStorm™ Capitals Alliance will allow participants from around the world to observe and design.
